The GREEK pilot case will involve 6 residential buildings with diverse consumption and occupancy profiles all selected from WATT+VOLT customer portfolio. The pilot will encompass the full PRECEPT approach to all different customer profiles leading to high replicability potentials. All the selected households are equipped with IoT sensors and home automation and control equipment “smartwatt” as well as with energy metering infrastructure.
The pilot region’s climate is considered Hot Mediterranean and the buildings construction years varies between 1950 and 2000. The households heating sources differs from electricity to oil and natural gas, where in most case the cooling equipment is AC units, the building sizes are apartments.
