LC Innoconsult (Laser Consult Kft) is an international innovation management consulting company (SME) which was established in 1992 with the objective of servicing its clients from the innovation idea all the way to commercialising intellectual products by providing complex innovation services. The company’s mission is to promote the utilization of intellectual products, create a business value from innovative solutions, and help the co-operation of PROs and enterprises, and the development of international higher education through the professional support of innovation activities.
The 10 consultants of the company possess advanced skills and competences in the exploitation of research results, technology transfer, IPR management, RRI (Responsible Research and Innovation), business planning as well as capacity-building. LC Innoconsult has gained the experience in the field of exploitation of project results through the membership of the expert team appointed by the European Commission to provide exploitation related services to FP7 and H2020 projects. Until today our company delivered 24 Exploitation Strategy Seminars and 9 Business Plan Development workshops for different FP7 and H2020 projects.
Beside the above, our company is already involved in three H2020 projects as work package leaders for exploitation and knowledge management, furthermore we are working as external exploitation experts in oneH2020 project.
